    William helped me with getting my policy started and it was quite seamless, from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and offered great service. The receptionist needs some training in phone etiquette and how to greet customers, but William made up for it. Thank you!

    Absolutely gorgeous campus with historic buildings. Has been underused in recent years so a portion of the property near City Avenue is being considered for redevelopment as of 2015. The talk is that the historic buildings will be preserved. Hurrah!

    GEICO is the absolute best!!! Ray was superb!! Very professional as well as personable.. I have never in my life had such a wonderful experience getting insurance from a great company. I would definitely recommend everyone to get insurance from Geico and I'm pretty sure that all of there agents are great! Thank you Ray!

    I have never left a 1 star review on anything. I usually feel bad if I leave a 4 star. That being said, I have never experienced such calloused treatment from a business. My girlfriend was preparing to come into the bank and open a business account. She parked and went next door to work on it for a couple of hours so she would not take up an associates time. She came out and the car was towed. Total bill over 200 dollars. This is how customers are treated when you bank with Citizens? And I am supposed to trust this bank with money? How am I supposed to do that? How is a customer supposed to invest into a company that immediately rips them off, makes a mistake, and then does not fix it when given the opportunity? Skip this one friends.
